Speakers will sit with forum participants at tables of 8-10, each discussing  2-3 specific recommendations to implement in Arizona’s 2011 budget cycle. These will then be discussed with the entire group during the day’s final forum.
 
12:45 pm      Planning for 2011 and Beyond
All participants discuss the recommendations created during the working lunch, and specific constructive steps that could be taken to address the serious budget issues facing the legislature.
